Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Rebecca Zamolo apparel, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
